It is time to replace the Inner Child with the INNER GENIUS. The inner child is often a fractured soul harbouring emotional injuries from childhood. Instead, we need to embrace and encourage every single person, no matter their age to realise they were born with an innate gift. We must provide (and we do!) space and structure as well as the freedom to explore and discover their unique gift, passion and purpose.
The benefits will be felt on a personal as well as a societal level. Confidence, esteem and wellbeing increase dramatically, and the world is in dire need of new ideas and a radical shake-up of the status quo.
